It is expected that deductibles, co-payments, and other amounts not covered by insurance will be paid prior to services being provided. Accepted forms of payment include personal check and credit card. Payment may be made over the phone prior to your procedure or at check in at Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Granbury. If you have questions at any time, let us know.
Questions About Your Bill
After you’re discharged, a statement will be mailed to you for any balance due after your insurance company has processed your claim. Payment is due upon receipt and may be made by personal check or credit card.

Baylor Scott & White’s Financial Assistance Program
As part of its commitment to serve the community, Baylor Scott & White provides hospital financial assistance to patients who are indigent and satisfy specific requirements. To be considered for the program, you must provide information on your household finances through a confidential Financial Assistance Application. Supporting documentation will be requested to verify your circumstances to determine eligibility.
